Buyers are entitled to return any product within 14 days of purchase provided it is intact and undamaged, and receive a full refund plus original postage costs by EU Law, however return postage costs are responsibility of the client.
I am happy to guarantee this on everything but some Custom Orders - as the precise nature of the work, materials, and difficulty of re-selling a personalised product may understandably make this less straightforward.
I encourage customers to discuss their custom order needs at every stage, to make sure we are both clear on what is involved and thus avoid mis-communications and potential problems.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your custom order, please get in contact so we can reach a mutually agreeable and fair solution* (see below, under Cancellation)
Please note that while full Refund and Original Postage are your Rights for all non-custom orders, returning the item is fairly at the cost of the buyer.
Also I can only issue a refund after the goods have been received back here, undamaged and intact. Thank you for your understanding.

Please not this is a more complicated situation for Custom Orders, which is why for custom work I require a deposit before commencement to ensure good faith and to buy materials.
* Cancellation and refunds will depend on the project stage, precise nature of the piece and reason for cancellation and may thus mean a partial refund - if for example the project is far advanced, and highly personalised /of a difficult nature to sell elsewhere.
Custom orders are excepted from the right to return for a full refund within 14 days by EU Law.

All orders over 60 Euros are mailed Signed For Insured and Tracked, the details for which are provided upon shipment.
